YOGA BIO

Ximena Araya-Fischel is a certified 500 E-RYT Yoga Lead Trainer, 500-Hour Pilates Instructor, Food Editor at mindbodygreen, Wellness Journalist, and Holistic Health Coach from Costa Rica. Her well-being and health background includes a blend of studies in women’s health, exercise science, anatomy, functional movement, integrative nutrition, asana, and yogic philosophy.

A former professional dancer, Ximena’s passion for the human body’s potential informs her practice, education, and overall health and movement strategy. Some of her certifications within the mind-body field include 500 E-RYT Lead Yoga Teacher500-Hour Comprehensive Pilates Method TrainingPrenatal Yoga and Doula TrainingPositive PsychologyAnatomy and Physiology, and Mindfulness Meditation.
